
The Corporate Services Manager is responsible for overseeing the Corporate Services Office, focusing on the efficient delivery of services to non-civil servant clients and managing the recruitment of corporate members. This role involves supervising the office team to ensure high-quality service delivery and effective management of client interactions. Additionally, the Manager is responsible for developing and executing strategies to attract and recruit corporate members, enhancing the SACCO’s membership base. The position ensures that all processes are conducted in accordance with SACCO policies, aiming to optimize service efficiency, improve client satisfaction, and support organizational growth through successful corporate membership recruitment.

- Recruitment and onboarding of new institutions
- Recruit corporate members above given target
- Not exiting more than 10% of recruited members
- Engaging 80% of exited members
- Financial Growth
- Mobilizing savings above the agreed target
- Grow loan book above the agreed target
- Customer Experience
- Educating 60% of members
- Making sure all new members are educated
- Processing normal loans within a TAT of 24 hours
- Enhancing effectiveness and efficiency of processes
- Ensuring that all accounts are opened within a TAT of 12 hours
- Reviewing and filing quarterly procedure
- Ensuring that importations have been done by 18th of each month
- Grow payroll to agreed amount
- Keeping payroll below 5%
- Making sure that all written off loans are collecting
- Ensuring that GLs are reconciling at all times
- Registering all members on mobile and welfare
- Training of officers and supervisor
Conducting monthly appraisal for department

- A minimum of a degree in any business-related field plus two years relevant experience
- Analytical skills
