Chisomo Gren Mazangwira
Managing Director MW
Chisomo is an expert in Learning and Development, Mainstream Human Resource Management and Team building. He has been a practicing HR for over Eight years. He has been with organizations such as Opportunity Bank Malawi, G4S Malawi and Malawi Liverpool Wellcome Programme, Thomson International Consult and Ministry of Education. He has worked as a Secondary School teacher, Change Officer, Learning and Development Manager, Human Resources Manager, and Senior HR Services Coordinator. He holds Bachelor of Commerce (Human Resource Management, Bachelor of Arts(Education), Diploma in International Human Resource Management and Certificates in Financial Accounting. He is a certified LinkedIn recruiter. He has attended hands-on experience in HIV AIDS policy implementation, Training of Trainers, Conflict Management, Safeguarding, Community Mobilization skills, Workplace stress management, People management skills, and Corporate governance.
Cecellia Shamim Saidi
Psychotherapist
Cecellia is an enthusiastic and passionate Psychotherapist with a Nutrition background. She own and manages Vintage Health Wellness Center, offering Mental and Emotional Health Services – Psychotherapy and Training. Her corporate clientele includes Total Malawi, Limbe Leaf Tobacco Company, National Bank of Malawi, PEP stores Malawi, among others.
Her cumulative thirteen years of work experience has been with Wellcome Trust, USAID, CDC, and the International for Health Care Improvement (IHI) funded programs in QI-MNCH, Health Systems Strengthening, and HIV-OVC program.
Cecellia currently works in the Learning and Development area with the Malawi Liverpool Welcome programme. She holds an M.Ed. Education Sciences – Educational Leadership and Administration master’s, bachelor’s degree in counselling psychology and Several certificates in Mental and Emotional Health.
Mcneil Mbirintengerenji

A holder of Bachelor of Science Degree in Environmental Science and Technology. He holds a Certificate in Occupational Safety and Health under British Safety Council and have attended various skill development workshops and training under sanitation, requirements for critical activities (RACs), waste management, Quality and Safety Audit. He has over 10 years’ experience in occupation health He possess vast technical expertise, skills and experiences in contributing towards enhancement of social and economic conditions of companies and impoverished communities by improving their safety, health and environmental conditions. He has ever worked for SRK Consulting / VALE Nacala Corridor Project, La Farge Cement Company, and G4S Malawi. He is a certified Fire and Safety expert.
